This is beautiful. My partner and I have a similar meet-cute. We met at the University of Arizona Bookstore. He was was Student Lead and I was an associate. We were friends but although he had his own life whereas his attention was elsewhere. I also was in a different position to where we could be capable. Me, a student who has dreams of being a medical doctor and Giovanni who has dreams of taking public heath to the global scale. We had a meet-cute in about own store positions. Our paths lead us being friendly and creating a friendship. Although I knew I had dreamt of more, as he had the kind of kindness that drew me closer to him. He captivated me and I was no longer able to see him as a simple human. He was a beautiful being that I couldn’t live without. Ugh I will never forget telling him amongst our busy tasks at the bookstore, “hurry back to me….” A comment that turned into a discernment that my being couldn’t be bothered to move forward without him by my side. I pursed and this was mutual as I learned later. Nonetheless we began to date, I had made mistakes and to which my lover had looked past that. We had been together every since. I am entirely grateful that he has loved me. I pray that I am lucky as Martha. I do not mean that in any disrespect, truly as I look upon your story and regard to her life. I take enjoyment in storytelling that shows the innate human spirit that we can love and always be love.
